So we would have been preparing for our weekend away at Hollycombe Steam Rally in Liphook, Hampshire, but like everything else it’s cancelled.
We thought to cheer us all up we would share our pictures from last years event there, it was a great event and we had so much fun. We hope that as and when they open, whenever that may be, we can support them again, please make sure you visit them and give them your support to.
Here are a few pictures of a great weekend in June 2019.
Arrived and set up, then fish and chips for tea in the gazebo.
Saturday morning, waking up in the living van, can't beat it.
Victoria looking fabulous and waiting to see everyone.
This is one of our Victoria's teddies that usual lives in Scotland but we always see them at Hollycombe when they come down for the weekend to Volunteer.
Colin chillin on Victoria.
Lady joined us for the weekend.
The Russell's Foden wagon
A lovely sunny day.
After a very busy Saturday meeting all her friends and chuffing around the field, now resting with her friends Finnigan and Lady.
Off for a steam around the field
Steaming up on Sunday morning.
Is that Lloyd driving another engine? Ssshhh don't tell Victoria... This is a big Burrell that lives in New Zealand but was over in the UK for a while and Lloyd had a chuff round, it's a bit bigger than Victoria.
It has been a very sunny weekend so Colin has needed his sunglasses on.
There were lots of tractors here to but this was the only picture I got of one.
After a brilliant weekend it was time to pack up and move onto our next event.
