Enjoy the fun and adventures with Victoria and her friends in these Victoria's Torton Tales children's story books
Lock down Fun
Date posted: 12th May 2020
As we have now been in lock down here for 8 weeks we thought we would share a few pictures of the things we have been doing to entertain ourselves. Obviously we haven’t been out with Victoria, so we have dug out all our old Mamods from the loft and cupboards and some of the VTT crew have even brought a Wilesco, with another on order and waiting.

Lloyd spending time with Victoria, giving her a quick lean to keep her looking her best.
This is Harry's loco, they took it to bits a few years ago hoping to get it all up and working but as you can see it never really got that far, when complete it looked a bit like the loco "The Rocket". Hopefully one day we will restore it...
Harry has a few Mid-Summer models that he has collected over the years, they live in our front room on the mantelpiece normally.
Which is your favourite?
Our old Mamod which we have had for years, I think most of us started our steam life with a Mamod or 2. Jack had also made and painted his new wagon. Do you think it looks like Victoria and her wagon?
Another of the toys we have in the collection, thanks to Kev for the saw bench which he made and gave to the boys many years ago.
This is Jack's new Wilesco Roller, trailer and living van. Colin just wanted to have a go, this picture also appeared on the BBC South Today Facebook page. Colin was delighted!
Colin taking it easy, with his favourite books, obvs, his shades and he has plenty of sun cream on protecting his skin and lovely fur.
All been steamed up and now abandoned, just like a real rally.
Ted has been in the window with his flag to celebrate VE day.

This picture was taken a few years ago but we thought that it was a good cover photo for our facebook page for VE day.
