We thought we would show you a few of our other vehicles we have other than Victoria. Over the years we have collected a few, from garden tractors to vintage cars.
Here are a few pictures of the vehicles and the stories behind them.
Our garden tractors joined us a while ago now, Jack wanted a tractor and we thought this was the best way to go, so he got the Westwood. It was then followed by the Lawnflight for Harry a few years later. They are both still in the shed but sadly not used as they once were.
For Jack's 16th birthday he wanted a "real" tractor and that's what he eventually got. Finnigan joined us back in 2013 and Jack passed his tractor test so he could drive him on the road. Pictured here towing a trailer which is carrying Victoria's water for the trip.
Out on the road with his face on, could there be a book about Finningan soon?!!
This is Wendy's Ruston stationary engine, this once belong to Wendy's Dad but sadly in 2009 he passed away and he left this to Wendy. We don't take it out much due to time, but we do run it in the garden and maybe one day we will get it to a rally with Victoria.
This is our latest edition, although it's been in the family for many years. Again belong to Wendy's Dad and it hadn't been out the garage for about 10 years, it was then decided to sell it but we just couldn't let this little car go, so Wendy came to an agreement with her brother and now she is the lucky owner of this sweet little car, and we call it Delilah.
Wendy and Lloyd out for a little run with Delilah and they were joined by Jack and Harry in Jack's little Fiat Cinquecento, which is not standard as it's Turbocharged and this is one of the many cars we have, about 12 I think!
Jack has a new love for old lawn mowers! I think the less said the better!
Wendy's House, our living van, you have all seen the outside no doubt when its being towed by Victoria, but here is the inside. Looking from the door to the bed.
The view from the bed back to the door.
The trailer - this has been a very popular addition to our collection and is used often, from carrying coal and water to doing trips out with friends to the pub and even a few weddings over the last few years.
It was a chilly December day when this picture was taken but as you can see many happy faces. This is one of the best things we do, trips out with friends and family enjoying the fun of Victoria. Looking forward to much more of this in 2021.
